逆转录病毒
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; font-family: "Microsoft Yahei"; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-size: 12px;">逆转录病毒（Retrovirus） 来源于可感染人和小鼠细胞的 Moloney鼠白血病病毒（Mo-MLV），和慢病毒一样是一种RNA病毒。这类病毒通过逆转录成为原病毒，然后整合在宿主的基因组中，随着细胞分裂可以稳定的遗传下去。因此。逆转录病毒适合介导外源基因在宿主细胞中长期稳定表达。但逆转录病毒又有自己的特点：比如，逆转录病毒只有感染分裂细胞的能力，如胚胎干细胞、神经干细胞、造血干细胞及血液系细胞（系）等，除了适合体外细胞系的感染，也常用来在体示踪分裂细胞如神经干细胞等。但特殊的，对于一些传代能力较差的原代细胞，比如骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSC）等，建议采用汉恒生物独家研发的悬浮细胞专用腺病毒进行感染，可以极大提高感染效率。
